Project Goal
In 2024, I was given the task to update a curriculum titled "Answers for Kids". This is a curriculum designed for small group study, specifically in churches. It consists of 30 lessons and includes a teacher book, student book, presentation images, and posters. I was tasked to redesign the student book, referencing the original version of the curriculum released in 2010.
Design Initiative
I was given the old student book, from 2010, as a reference for what needed to be updated. The goal for this project was to "modernize" the look of the curriculum, including these pages, and make everything look more palatable, with better layout and updated illustrations.

I partnered with a co-designer to update this curriculum. For efficiency sake, we split up the pages where we both had availability. As a result, I completed lessons 1-14 and 28-30. Below are some of the pages I redesigned:
Redesigned Books of the Bible Timeline
An additional piece I was tasked to redesign was the Books of the Bible Timeline. Attached is the original timeline followed by my update. The goal for this redesign was to make it a lot cleaner visually and more functional.
